Bach's Air on 'G'
Australia's beaches invite an appreciation for the clear air, an endless love for the ocean and the peacefulness of first light. When I was young I spent every holiday at this beach; it is a very special place for me. I camped here for five days, several hundred yards away from this scene. Every morning I rose before sunrise in the hope of discovering special lighting. For the four days, each day was clear and sunny - nothing exciting. On the fifth day, however, there was some cloud and haze on the horizon to soften the sun, and a line of cloud to pick up the light. Perfect! (Named after Johann Sebastian Bach's "Air On The G String".)
